Booking Information

Number of Guests

The house is equipped for six people, unfortunately we do not accept more than six people per booking. We accept bookings for children over the age of 12 years.

 

Length of Stay

​​​​We accept a minimum of 7 night bookings in High Season (June - September) and 3 night bookings in Low Season (October - May).​

Rental Rate

€400 per night High Season on a minimum 7 night booking

€320 per night Low Season on a minimum 3 night booking

Included in the rental rate:

  • Bed and table linen, bathroom & pool towels;

  • End-of-stay clean;

  • High-speed internet;

  • Toiletries from The Curious Botanist;

  • Utilities: water, gas, electricity;

  • Cleaning products and detergents​.

Sorry, no smoking is permitted in the house.​

Pet Policy

Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement, please let us know the age and size. There is a dog fee of €100 per stay. We ask that you clear up after your dog inside and out, and that it doesn’t go on any upholstered furniture.

Check-in and Check-out

The property will be available to you from 4.00 p.m. on your day of arrival until 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Please Note

Security Deposit

We ask for a refundable security deposit of €300. Your security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of your departure, unless there is any major damage to the property.

 

How to pay
You can pay in a variety of ways including bank transfer and credit card. An initial payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking and the balance is due 3 months before your arrival; or full payment if you are booking within 3 months before your holiday.​

Tourist Tax
Tourist Tax is calculated at 3.85 Euros per adult per night and is payable in cash at the beginning of your stay.

Cancellation

We recommend that you have comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover. If you cancel, we will try to re-let your period and if successful, we’ll refund your payment less any costs or loss incurred by us.
